Here’s how our gift cards work:

  • Gift cards are delivered by email after purchase and contain redemption instructions; we do not ship physical gift cards.
  • If you'd like the gift card sent directly to the recipient's inbox, please include their email address at checkout, not yours.
  • Or feel free to email it to yourself and then forward or print the gift card afterwards.
  • Available to use at jpwaxington.com only.

Gift cards are available in $24, $48, $72 and $100 increments only and there are no additional processing fees.

Please note that gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, but they do not expire.

I discovered J.P Waxingtion Candle Company in the winter of 2020 in Pembroke, Ontario. Since then I’ve bought a number of candles in store when I’m in the Valley and once visited them at a craft fair in Ottawa. Every time the products have been wonderful! My favorite is Whitewater, we also love Welcome Home and Algonquin Trail. Each sent is unique and provides a wonderful reminder of the Ottawa Valley. I received my first gift card as a birthday present, and was excited to order! When trying to get shipping organized I realized it would be costly to ship to Ottawa. I quickly emailed to see if I could do local pick-up and got a reply within minutes! Turns out they provide local delivery in the Ottawa Valley. Careful, this option wasn’t showing up as I had gone through the Shopify App, once you adjusted to follow the typical purchase page on the website the local delivery option is provided. My candles showed up in ample time and I was so excited to pick them up from a family member. They are a perfect treat while working and make the house feel like home. Thanks for making such a great product & for such wonderful customer service!
